Estate Cleanout Services in San Diego
Clearing a loved one’s home is one of the most overwhelming tasks a family can face. Every room holds memories, and the sheer volume of an entire home can make it feel like a daunting task on top of an already emotional time. Whether you are managing a probate cleanout, downsizing a parent into assisted living, handling a foreclosure, or preparing a property for sale, our professional estate cleanout services take the physical burden off your shoulders so you can focus on your family.
Estate cleanouts handled with care
Unlike companies that rush through a house cleanout, our team approaches every estate knowing that items often hold significant sentimental value for families. We do not just haul junk. We help you sort items, protect what matters, and handle the rest with respect. As a disabled-veteran-owned, family-operated company serving North County San Diego, we understand service, sacrifice, and what it means to treat a loved one’s home the right way. Will and Cristina personally handle estate cleanouts, so the owners you speak with are the same people caring for your loved one’s home.

Full-Home Estate Cleanouts
Every room and space: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, attic, garage, crawl spaces, and outdoor structures. Built for families managing a loved one’s estate, handling probate, or preparing an entire home for sale. We work room by room with your guidance.

Partial Cleanouts
Not every situation needs a full clearing. We target specific areas: a garage packed with decades of accumulation, an apartment of unwanted furniture, or storage spaces that need clearing before a property goes on the market. You decide what goes and what stays.
For larger estates with heavy accumulation, we pair our junk removal services with on-site dumpster placement. This gives you the flexibility of a dumpster for large furniture, bulky items, and high-volume debris, plus a crew that does the loading so you do not lift a finger. We offer 13-yard ($585), 15-yard ($675), 20-yard ($795), and 25-yard ($995) dumpsters at flat-rate pricing. A 13-yard bin holds roughly four pickup-truck loads, enough for a full room or a partial estate cleanout, while a 25-yard handles the contents of larger, heavily packed properties. For estate projects where total cost is a concern, we offer 0% financing so families can move forward without delay.
Our Rapid Rotation system clears big properties fast
When a whole property has to be cleared at once
For the largest estates, a single dumpster becomes the bottleneck. Our Rapid Rotation system stages multiple driveway-friendly 20-yard dumpsters and rotates them continuously. As one fills, our hooklift swaps it, empties it, and brings it back while the crew keeps loading, so the job never stops until the property is clear. That is exactly what families need when there is a probate deadline or a listing date to hit.

Estate cleanouts across North County San Diego
We serve families throughout North County San Diego from our Vista headquarters, including Vista, Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, Carlsbad, and the surrounding communities of Escondido, San Marcos, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe. For properties with steep driveways or narrow access, common in coastal and hillside neighborhoods, we offer hooklift service that places a dumpster where standard roll-off trucks cannot safely reach. If a dumpster is placed on private property like a driveway, no permit is typically required; placement on a public street may require a city permit.
Manage the cost without delay
For larger estate cleanout projects where total cost is a concern, our financing partner HFS Financial lets you fund the work with simple monthly payments, and checking your rate will not affect your credit. Fellow veterans get 15% off.

Estate cleanout FAQ
How long does an estate cleanout typically take?
Estate cleanouts can take from one day to several days. A smaller home or apartment with moderate belongings can often be completed in a single day, while a larger property with a full garage, attic, crawl spaces, and sheds may take two to three days. We build flexible scheduling around your family’s needs and any legal deadlines from probate or a pending property sale.
What items can you remove during an estate cleanout?
We remove furniture, appliances, clothing, books, electronics, equipment, yard debris, and general household clutter, from bulky items like sofas and mattresses to boxes accumulated over decades. Hazardous materials like paint and chemicals cannot be removed through our standard service and require a hazardous waste facility. Appliances containing refrigerants may need separate handling. We identify any excluded items during the initial consultation.
Do you handle donation and recycling of estate items?
Yes. Keeping usable items out of the landfill is central to how we operate, not an afterthought. Furniture, clothing, appliances, and other items in good condition go to local charities, and recyclable materials are processed through certified facilities. You receive a donation receipt within 14 days, which can be used for tax deductions or probate documentation.
Can you provide both dumpster rental and hauling?
Yes. We offer combined services: a dumpster placed on-site for large-volume clearing paired with a full-service crew that does the loading and sorting. Dumpster sizes range from 13 to 25 yards with flat-rate pricing starting at $585, and 0% financing is available for larger projects. This works especially well for estates with significant accumulation or when the property also needs construction debris removed, which our C-61/D-63 contractor license covers.
Estate cleanouts help remove belongings after a loved one passes, and no family should face that alone. As a disabled-veteran-owned, family-operated company, we treat a loved one’s home with the respect it deserves. Let our team take care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on your family.
